Annual Fee for College Students
Any student earning a certificate or a degree of any kind must pay an annual fee of $125 directly to Open Latch. The fee should be paid before the first of September of the new academic year. Each student will receive an email bill and upon payment, the receipt will go to the student, OLEF, and COFSA (the Council of Oversight for Faculty School Accreditation).

Annual Fee for Trackschool Families
Any family involved in Trackschool must pay a flat fee of $50 before the first of September of any new academic year.

Accreditation Application Fees
All fees associated with a school that is earning initial accreditation will be discussed by the managing OLEF assessor and the school's director and will receive a customized bill.​​

The Open Latch Accreditation Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization. Our EIN 81-0924343, and our status can be confirmed with the Internal Revenue Service's Charitable Organization Search tool at: https://apps.irs.gov/app/eos/
